** Pfizer is seeking a Director for its US Vaccines Portfolio Marketing External Engagement Lead, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance immunization rates. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in pharmaceutical marketing and leadership, driving impactful strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. **

Job Summary

  • The US Vaccines Portfolio Marketing External Engagement Lead oversees a marketing team of three colleagues focused on breakthrough marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics with a focus on external engagement that maximizes the Pfizer value proposition to customers and grows immunization rates.
  • You will lead a cross-functional team leading with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources driving best-in-class strategies and execution.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
