Job Summary
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activities Department in accordance with current federal, state, local, and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Ensure an ongoing, resident-centered program of activities designed to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs and interests of each resident based on comprehensive assessments.
Assist in arranging transportation for resident outings, appointments, and discharges as needed.
