Job Summary

  • The role bridges short-term field fixes with durable engineering solutions, participates in lab testing and fixture/tool design, and supports small build activities.
  • ForgeWorks is an embedded, on-floor rapid-response engineering cell and a subset of the FastWorks group.
  • You’ll keep production moving by quickly resolving assembly and tooling problems, accelerate validation through hands-on prototyping and testing, and close the loop between temporary containment and long-term engineering solutions.
