Job Summary

  • Your role is essential: you intervene with our clients wishing to cancel their contract in order to negotiate, convince and find the best solution to retain them.
  • You will manage inbound and outbound calls to clients requesting cancellation, identify needs, and propose adapted solutions to retain the client.
  • We offer an integration and training program, a development plan, and one day of remote work per week after the trial period.
