Job Summary
You are part of a project team conducting short-term food ingredient research to enable ingredient approval that will help us deliver our strategy.
The Senior Scientist will help identify and qualify alternative sources of our ingredients and will drive hands-on applications testing at both the bench and in the pilot plant while leveraging experimental design.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
