Monitoring of Project’s Quality tasks, ensuring that every member of the project has the awareness of the quality requirements, Quality management plan and procedures including specification and requirements.
Review the Contractor’s QA/QC Team performance at project, implementation of the contractor’s Project Quality Plan, Quality procedures at Project and feedback to Quality manager and Project Manager in case of any deviation.
