Job Summary
Own the technical success of customers, driving initial implementation through production adoption to ensure they achieve real business value with Crossplane and the Upbound platform.
Design and deliver Crossplane-based control plane architectures tailored to customer infrastructure and organizational context, building reference platforms and implementation accelerators.
Represent customer technical needs internally to influence product roadmap and prioritization, and partner with pre-sales SEs for smooth handoffs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hands-on Kubernetes expertise
Platform engineering or SRE background
Cloud-native tooling (CNCF, IaC, GitOps, CI/CD)
Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong programming skills (Go preferred)
Customer technical implementation leadership
Nice-to-have
Crossplane power user
Active Kubernetes community involvement
Startup experience
Coding agents experience

Key Requirements
