The Corporate Credit Financing team is looking for highly motivated, experienced candidates to spearhead the development of the First Out financing vertical.
Daily responsibilities would include underwriting corporate credits, preparing and reviewing credit applications, structuring and negotiating term sheets, and conducting due diligence.

Salary
Base: $225,000 - $300,000; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
