Montage International seeks a Director of Learning to oversee and enhance its training programs, focusing on innovative curriculum development and fostering a positive associate experience. Job Summary

  • The Director of Learning has the overall responsibility for facilitating, coordinating, and supporting Montage learning programs to include MORES, Associates 10-Day training, and departmental specific skills and knowledge.
  • Serves as a culture champion by actively fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive associate experience that reflects the organization’s values and Forbes Five-Star standards.
  • In addition to facilitating existing curriculum, the Director of Learning will also help to create new and innovative learning curriculum and assist the Corporate Director of Learning in all aspects of the Learning Department.
