Job Summary

• This position supports the Store Manager in Consumer Experience to create a premium customer experience by directing all front-of-house shop floor activities and leading the team to create and maintain a highly effective, brand-oriented customer experience within the store.
• The Assistant Store Manager – Consumer Experience is responsible for leading, engaging, and inspiring the store team to ensure an efficient, productive, and service-oriented culture within the team and for the end customer.
• Drive customer loyalty through high-quality interactions, implement and coordinate seamless execution of in-store activation events in collaboration with supporting functions, SCM, Retail Marketing / Key City Marketing, Activation Management, VM and Retail Operations and support in maintaining the standards set in these areas.
