• This position will supervise, coach, and motivate the convention services (CS) team toward achieving exceptional guest service results.
• Responsible for the appropriate and timely set up of all functions meetings and food service while maintaining standards of food and beverage specifications.
• Also responsible for leading the day-to-day audio-visual needs with a focus on providing professional customer service and flawlessly executed events.
