As a Senior Analyst in TS, your primary responsibility is to assist with the delivery of TS engagements on a day-to-day basis by performing detailed financial analysis (i.e. financial due diligence and forecast reviews) and preparing reports/ presentations for senior management and boards

Job Summary

  • As a Senior Analyst in TS, your primary responsibility is to assist with the delivery of TS engagements on a day-to-day basis by performing detailed financial analysis (i.e. financial due diligence and forecast reviews) and preparing reports/ presentations for senior management and boards.
  • This role will also provide the opportunity to interact directly with senior management (C-suite) of our clients, identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring, and assist with business development and pursuit activities.
