Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within Banking & Financial Services (FSI)
  • Demonstrated success managing mid to large sized deal cycles ($500K–$1M+)
  • Strong domain-led sales capability
  • Experience selling infrastructure-led solutions
  • Track record in sales strategy development
  • Ability to originate, shape, and execute opportunities
  • Established network of senior stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills

  • Stable career history
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role
