Job Summary

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in support of the end-to-end employee learning experience.
  • Develop, execute, and measure efficacy of programming through individual performance and feedback and alignment with organizational goals for maximum impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR stakeholders and compliance training owners to ensure the learning journey cohesive and reflective of all training needs and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning programs
  • Understanding of UDL and commitment to accessibility
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS)
