Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 1-3 years restaurant or guest service experience
  • Leadership and team coaching ability
  • POS system proficiency and training skills

Nice-to-have

  • WSET Certification preferred
  • Winery or fine dining background
  • Passion for hospitality and wine culture

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years previous restaurant or tasting room experience
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality or business considered an asset
  • WSET Certification considered a strong asset
