Job Summary

  • This role plays a crucial part in delivering a great employee experience to the business by using their knowledge of people policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating people policies, developing a deep understanding of ER processes, and oversight of all ER cases.
  • As part of the People Operations team, this role supports other key areas ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and assists in the maintenance of Employee Contracts.
