Job Summary
Provide leadership and guidance to Behavioral Health Technicians on the same shift, coordinate and oversee daily activities for clients, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
Train, supervise, and evaluate BHT performance, including completing performance reviews, and assist with staff scheduling and provide coverage for vacant shifts.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or related field OR High school diploma/GED with 2 years employment history
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
First Aid and CPR certification required within 3 months
Behavioral Management training completion within 30 days
