Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
Experience leading external audit cycles
Fluency in English required
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or professional accounting qualification
Knowledge of additional languages beyond English
Experience in large international organizations

Key Requirements
