  • Employees are responsible for developing, monitoring, and reviewing Individual Treatment Plans while responding promptly to crises situations with clients at the office, during home visits, or on phone calls.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality, complying with federal and state regulatory guidelines, and working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or Criminal Justice
  • 2 years of direct case management experience
  • 1 year of intensive in-house-based interventions experience
  • LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-I license
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Proof of work eligibility status required
