Job Summary
Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
Fosters good working relationships with the Production, Engineering and Facilities Departments to ensure that equipment is maintained, repaired and sustained for validated production of medical products.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level. Using this information, prioritize and assign project work to identify and eliminate root causes to continually improve these key performance indicators.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
Eight or more years maintenance experience
Five or more years supervisory experience
Three or more years experience in regulated industries
