Job Summary

• The Principal, ITSO Enablement will own the strategy, execution, and governance of ITSO enablement, including application integration across Parametric, Investment Management technology landscape.
• This role serves as the primary shared services enablement partner for Parametric, owning senior-level relationships with Morgan Stanley enterprise teams that support business, including Network, Infrastructure, Risk, Cyber, Cloud and other shared service functions.

Salary

Base: $115,000 - $225,000/Yr; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award and business unit incentive compensation plan; Benefits: Full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in application integration
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale integration initiatives
• Proficiency in integration tools and technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
