  • This role manages the full lifecycle of major event projects including project planning, logistics coordination, client engagement, and operational oversight during installation, live events, and demobilisation.
  • The Project Manager ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while monitoring budgets and managing procurement to maintain project profitability.
