  • Coordinate internally to support NPI & CR & Inhousing projects, leading prototype making, feasibility study, and business case study.
  • Develop work instructions by understanding client needs or technical specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data, and provide on-job training for operators.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes and develop recommendations for changes to minimize costs, time, and improve quality and consistency, using Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
