  • As a Product Manager (CCIA), HGM, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving continuous growth by establishing and executing strong marketing strategies for the CCIA product business across the Asia Pacific Region and Japan.
  • You will lead launches (instruments, assays, software), conduct market research, engage with customers and Key Experts, and collaborate with sales, applications, and service teams to resolve critical product issues.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years total experience
  • 5+ years in IVD sales/marketing
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunoassay
  • M.Sc./B.Sc. in Life Sciences or related field
  • APAC regional responsibility
  • Track record of building and maintaining forecasts with ≤10% variance
  • Established relationships with Key Experts or strategic clinical customers
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • People leader experience
