Job Summary

  • As the Senior Analyst, Compensation, you will play a critical role in supporting Vantage’s comprehensive compensation strategy across the North America region.
  • This position will be based on-site at our office in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
