As Ministry Team Leader for The Salvation Army South Burnett, you’ll champion mission, drive impact, and strengthen the long‑term vitality of TSA across the region.
You will lead and inspire a community of Salvationists and supporters to advance TSA’s mission, share the message of salvation, and support individuals through spiritual, emotional, social, and physical transformation.

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Mission, Theology, teaching, psychology, social work, youth work, community services, or equivalent experience
Willingness and eligibility to become a Soldier and sign the Soldier’s Covenant
National police check, WWCC/WVPC, and completion of mandatory TSA training
