Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or incidents promptly.
The role requires cooperation with nursing and other facility personnel to ensure residents' needs are adequately met and to maintain a positive and calm environment.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
