Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety standards.
