  • You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in developing policies, coordinate nursing services, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to maintain a safe, efficient, and quality nursing service department.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license
  • CPR certification
  • Nursing degree from accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing
  • Maintain continuing education and licensing
  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
