Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 1+ year experience in security, public safety, or customer service
  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO)
  • Unarmed Guard License (for North Carolina)
  • Stop the Bleed Certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • FOID Card or CCW license
  • TASER certification within 90 days
  • Background investigation and drug screen
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle stress
