The role is responsible for developing and administering employee compensation and benefits programmes to reward and recognize employees' contributions.
You will lead the development of 3-year strategic workforce plans and 1-year operational workforce plans, integrating headcount, skills, cost, and mobility assumptions.
The position requires establishing a transparent workforce governance framework and continuously improving workforce efficiency dashboards to provide regular analysis reports.
