Northampton Community College is seeking a Program Manager for its Automotive Technology programs, responsible for managing educational and training initiatives in automotive technologies. Job Summary

  • Manage the College’s Automotive technologies educational and training programs including four comprehensive AAS degree programs, Certification Programs, Specialized Diplomas, and customized contracted training.
  • Develop course curricula and assessment tools, administer and promote new and existing credit and non-credit programs, and ensure delivery and quality of instruction for Automotive technologies-related courses.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with Automotive Emphasis preferred
  • Automotive Engineering training
  • Experience in Automotive Technician training
  • ASE Master Technician Certification
  • Ten plus years of hands-on experience within the Automotive field
  • Working experience with GM ASEP, MCAP, or Subaru-U programs
  • 5 plus years experience in training capacity program development or instruction
