  • Your daily tasks include customer contact regarding complaints, returns, and delivery inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as registering cases, crediting, and order registration.
  • We are looking for summer replacements for the role of Customer Service Representative for our Contact Center in Karlstad, with a start date of May 1st or by agreement until August 16th.
