Job Summary
As a customer service representative, you will provide service, solve problems, and create good customer satisfaction, as well as support our e-commerce.
Your daily tasks include customer contact regarding complaints, returns, and delivery inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as registering cases, crediting, and order registration.
We are looking for summer replacements for the role of Customer Service Representative for our Contact Center in Karlstad, with a start date of May 1st or by agreement until August 16th.
