Job Summary
Monitor all operating plants and ensure their smooth running, responding quickly to trips and notifying the maintenance team to resolve issues and ensure reliable supply to customers.
Be responsible for plant starts/shut downs, troubleshooting, and daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and safety through process control, productivity, and parameter adjustments.
Implement new operator training, draft/update plant operating procedures, and maintain effective communication with logistics, customers, and various internal teams.
