The HYCO DCS Operator is accountable for the day-to-day safe, efficient, and stable operation of the entire Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit from a centralized control room.
This role requires deep technical knowledge to operate complex units including Steam Methane Reformers, CO2 Removal sections, PSA, and Membrane Units while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Candidates must demonstrate leadership in safety processes, execute emergency procedures, and maintain strong relationships with customers and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years Lead DCS Operations Experience
Steam Methane Reformer plant operation
Yokogawa Centum VP or Siemens PCS 7 proficiency
Safety work permits and LOTO execution
Emergency operating procedures and SIS monitoring
Nice-to-have
Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities
Customer communication at board level
Process optimization and de-bottlenecking skills
Team coaching and motivation capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Operations preferred
Minimum 10 years experience (or Associate degree with equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years Lead DCS Operations Experience in SMR based plants
