  • Directly connect to ISP via Ethernet
  • Customer service and/or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
  • Working knowledge of maps and GPS
  • Experience using SMS or chat tools

Key Requirements
