Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
  • Experience in clinical education or supervision
  • Understanding of clinical risk and improvement processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment
  • Participation in Mercy Health Foundation Improvement program
  • Flexible working arrangements capability
  • Proactive approach to team development

Key Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
  • Previous experience in clinical education roles
  • Police check and NDIS clearance
