Base: $101,000-$151,500 nationwide; Bonus: Discretionary annual incentive award based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, 401(k) match, paid family leave, sabbatical program

Must-have
10+ years payor relations experience
5+ years multi-state Medicaid management
DSO or large dental enterprise background
PPO, Medicaid, capitation negotiation skills
Credentialing software platform expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience with growth and acquisitions
Medical credentialing experience considered
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic leadership in RCM operations
Key Requirements
10+ years progressive experience in payor relations
5+ years managing multi-state Medicaid plans
Required experience in Dental Service Organizations
Proven history of negotiating fee schedules
Experience with Medallion or CredentialStream platforms
