Job Summary

  • Own the growth “system” across the merchant lifecycle: Acquisition, Activation, and Retention.
  • Lead a high-velocity experimentation program (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality) across digital and assisted journeys.
  • Lead the squad day-to-day: backlog quality, prioritisation, story mapping, acceptance criteria, dependencies, release planning and benefits tracking.
