Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, developing effective treatment plans and obtaining physician approval.
Treat patients per the physician treatment plan, assist nursing with Restorative Aide training, and supervise COTAs.
Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, and recertification documentation per state practice act and payer requirements.
