Job Summary

• Assist in managing and supervising on-site construction activities, including civil, foundations, structural steel and concrete, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• This role offers an annual base salary of $145,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management or supervision
• Experience with transit stations
• Experience reading and understanding Civil, Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
