Job Summary

  • This role will lead a team to identify, implement, and sustain tools and technologies that improve engineering first-time quality, affordability, and productivity to advance modification and sustainment capabilities across the division.
  • Oversee the development or implementation of tools, technology, software, AI/ML enablers, and analytics, including digital engineering and visualization technologies such as 3D scanning, additive manufacturing, advanced visualization, xR, and productivity enhancing software/AI solutions.
  • Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where team members raise quality, safety, and schedule issues proactively.

Key Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
