  • Responsible for site‑wide utilities strategy, alongside zone‑ and land‑specific design direction, ensuring all utility systems are cohesive, efficient, and scalable across the estate.
  • Acts as the project lead for utilities delivery, managing General Contractors, subcontractors, and utility vendors throughout installation.
