Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for working with the Director of Sales & Marketing to successfully build occupancy thru sales and move ins.
  • Handle inquiries to the community via phone or drop-in. Must be able to quickly establish rapport and complete a thorough discovery to address prospect needs.
  • The Residency Counselor is responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations.
