Manufacture of large power transformers to meet customer/production plans, ensuring assembly, inspection and test is conducted using Lean methodology.
Responsible for the build of the product to the manufacturing plan, ensuring product quality in line with standard operating instructions and efficient manufacture.
Implement process improvement actions that will result in sustainable productivity improvements and make proposals for improvements and savings.
