Base: $86,800 - $165,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Experience with RCCA tools like 8D and 5-Whys
Proficiency in PFMEA, PPAP, and Gage R&R
Ability to manage Vendor Corrective Action Board
Nice-to-have
Experience working with structural castings
Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 systems
GD&T expertise and data analysis skills
Cross-functional collaboration abilities
Quick reaction to resolve production issues
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience depending on degree level
