Job Summary
Coordinates specified day-to-day operational management and technical aspects of Respiratory Care, orientation, continuing education, competency assessments, and supervision.
Assists the Program Manager in supervising the Respiratory Therapy clinical operations, planning, implementing, evaluating and controlling program services while ensuring that internal and external standards are met.
Maintains a knowledge level commensurate to that of a subject matter expert in the area of Neonatal/ Pediatric Respiratory Care and acts as a clinical consultant to nursing, and medical staff.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in health related field
Associate’s degree from AMA-accredited Respiratory Care program
Registered Respiratory Therapist credentialed through NBRC
Licensed to practice in Ohio
Current CPR card
PALS certification
2 years formal clinical leadership in Respiratory Care
2 years critical care as staff therapist (4 years total progressive experience)
