NSPS OOOOa/b/c fugitive emissions standards
GHG Subpart W emissions inventory calculations
Title V permit application management
ProMax modeling and data analysis proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience with consent decree negotiations
Knowledge of tribal air quality regulations
OGMP-aligned ESG initiative experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
2-6 years of oil and gas environmental compliance experience
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
