Build training content, deliver in-person / virtual classroom training, and create training needs analysis to identify and address performance gaps.
Deliver training programs in a blended learning environment including Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (V-ILT), and Social Learning methods.
Gather data to measure program effectiveness, conduct assessments, and prepare reports on training effectiveness and completion.
