Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for the operational management and effective daily leadership and administration of the engineering team and Operations Managers with the objectives of safely, efficiently, and effectively operating machinery and systems in a cost-effective manner.
  • You'll be responsible for protecting and improving the value of client assets, ensuring building engineering systems continue to perform their intended function, and implementing reliability-based maintenance functions that continuously enhance value-maximizing performance across regional facilities.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years facility-related work experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Managerial experience with engineering teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Exposure to HVAC, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems operation
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Associate's Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferred)
  • Universal Technician for CFC's certification (preferred)
  • Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent (preferred)
